 The 2010 Summer Camp season is nearly upon us. Registrations are well ahead of last year and Sessions I and II are nearly full. Plenty of space remains during sessions III and IV so make your reservation today. Our staff is complete, merit badge class assignments have been made and pre-camp staff training is underway. With over 50 different merit badge and activity offerings, more new Sons of Daniel Boone activities, and further improvements to our camp schedule, we continue to break the mold on what a summer camp experience should be. 
Particularly exciting in 2010 is the introduction of several new merit badges and the return of several old ones: Geocaching, Inventing, Scouting Heritage, Landscape Architecture and Disabilities Awareness merit badges are in the works for this year. Also new this year is our merit badge sign-up and recordkeeping system. Leaders will sign Scouts up for classes and activities through and online registration system. This same system will generate your week-end report and be accessible after camp for you to refer back to for records.
As always, please take time before camp to determine what your troop program needs are and communicate that information to us before you arrive. That will give us the opportunity to assist you in meeting your goals. If you have any questions, special needs, or just want to talk about your week in camp, feel free to contact us.
